Thank you for visiting Ronda!

Ronda is located in northwestern North Carolina in the eastern section of Wilkes County.  Perfectly situated in the Yadkin Valley, Ronda is a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and Stone Mountain State Park. In fact, the “Only In Your State” website recently ranked the Town of Ronda as sixth on a list of ten very small towns in North Carolina identified as hidden gems. Why don’t you come see for yourself!

History suggests that Ronda was named after the local estate “Roundabout”, the residence of Benjamin Cleveland, a colonel in the North Carolina militia during the Revolutionary War.

Proud of our Heritage and Poised for our Future, we welcome you to Ronda and thank you for visiting Ronda!
